Saturday Islay Travelogue Update
Looks like the trick to put some pressure on myself seems to have worked: Earlier this evening I've completed the Walking and Birdwatching on The Oa, Islay page for the Two weeks on Islay in June 2007 travelogue. As this worked so well let me try if I can repeat the trick. The picture above should tell you where the journey is going on Islay...
We had lunch at the Old Kiln cafe at Ardbeg distillery, after lunch we had a look around Ardbeg. I took a family picture and then went off for a short walk across the hills along the shore. Some great views over Ardbeg and Lagavulin, including several panoramas. Later we briefly stopped at Laphroaig and at Loch Indaal before returning to Kilchoman.
In other words, quite a lot to get through, in particular panoramas. Fingers crossed that I make some good progress on Sunday. Good night for now.
