A Scotland road trip incl Islay and Jura visit
Patrick De Smet and his friends from Belgium went on a road trip to Scotland on their motorbikes recently, visiting a number of places in the west of Scotland. Patrick filmed their journey on a GoPro, mostly attached to his bike. The whole video is over an hour long, the Islay and Jura related part starts at about 5:50 minutes in Inveraray. Enjoy:
A bit cloudy at the start of their journey, but on Jura the sun breaks through. Some great views along the only road on Jura. It also stays mostly sunny as they explore the Rhinns of Islay down to Portnahaven, returning via Kilchiaran. They also visit Kilchoman distillery before returning to the mainland.
PS: If you don't have enough time to watch the whole hour, the Islay/Jura part finishes at 45:10 minutes.
