Friday Islay Picture #340 - Geese at Gartbreck

After yesterday's excursion to the mainland for views of Jura we're back to Islay today for this week's Friday Islay picture. For this evening I've picked a view from Gartbreck over to Bowmore with the added bonus of a few Barnacle Geese:

These were some of the last stragglers back in April this year. Most of the geese had left by then, only a handful including these remained. I hadn't noticed it at the time, but looking at the picture now I wonder if the yellow helicopter landing at Bowmore had disturbed them?
