Surfing on Islay after mountain biking on the mainland
Having been out at the local nature reserve until dusk this afternoon longer than I had planned and taking pictures I kind of ran out of time to prepare and write the post I had originally planned for tonight. So instead a nice video from an Argyll holiday by a group of friends, which included some surfing on Islay:

Certainly looks like Matthew and his friends had a great time. While I'm not entirely sure where they were at Loch Long (I think at Arrochar, below Beinn Narnain and The Cobbler, but I might be completely wrong) the beach on Islay is of course in Machir Bay.
That's all from me today, I'll try to catch up on the post I had originally planned for today by preparing it tomorrow for publication on Monday (it's kind of time sensitive). Tomorrow it's of course time for another Islay blogging roundup. Good night for now.
