Bruichladdich in Florida not Islay?

So far I've only been aware of the village of Bruichladdich on Islay and the Bruichladdich Distillery of the same name. These were the only places I could think of associating with the name Bruichladdich. However, two days ago I found another place which can be associated with the name Bruichladdich:

This place is in Florida, Pines West to be precise. I don't know why the name was chosen, but there is a holiday villa named Bruichladdich. I don't know if you will be welcomed with a wee dram of Bruichladdich Single Malt, I couldn't find anything in the decor or style of the house reminding me of Islay, let alone Bruichladdich, either.

There are some vague commonalities as well as some important differences: This house is 15 minutes from Disney World, Bruichladdich on Islay is anything from 5 to 45 minutes from lots of beautiful beaches, nature to walk in and places to watch real wildlife. The villa is 5 minutes to the nearest golf course, I'd estimate the village to be about 20 minutes from The Machrie golf course. From the home it is 5 minutes to a major chain supermarket, in Bruichladdich I'd estimate it to be anything between 1 and 5 minutes walk to Debbie's Mini Market (much nicer than any chain supermarket).

I think it's obvious where I prefer to spend my holidays...
