Islay Visit by PS Waverley (Video)
Running very late today for various reasons, meaning I unfortunately don't have enough time today to complete a good Islay Blogging Roundup. This being a bank holiday weekend (at least in England and parts of Scotland) I've therefore decided to push it out until tomorrow. Instead a fantastic video of one of my favourite visitors to Islay, the Paddle Steamer Waverley:

Isn't she a beauty? I still haven't seen her on Islay, even though she is a regular visitor. Having seen her on other occasions I hope to one day see her on Islay or even go on a trip with her. Looking at the Waverley Excursions site the only opportunity this year seems be this weekend though, the first visit was on Friday and she will return on Tuesday afternoon (that's the 1st of June). If you're on Islay a good chance to see her in all her glory.
