Young People's Views of Islay
Young people often don't have it easy to make their voices and views heard, be it on Islay or elsewhere. The internet is of course a great place for them to publish their thoughts and hopefully be read, seen and heard by many. Today I came across a great video prepared by a group of 11-16 years old from Islay sharing some of their thoughts about living on an island:

I think many people will find themselves in the video in various ways. Funnily enough I found some of my thoughts reflected in it, even though I'm three or almost four times as old as the young filmmakers. The rat race and stress on the mainland among others…
