Kilchoman explains 100% Islay in Video
Three weeks ago I mentioned two Islay videos I was going to blog about, unfortunately the second one disappeared before I could post it. Luckily it turned out to be only a temporary disappearence, as of today the video is back (and hopefully back for good). The video in question comes from (at least for now) Islay's youngest distillery, Kilchoman. Here it is:

This must be one of the best or may be even the best video out there about the whisky making process. The whole process in one animation on one screen and in one take, can it get any better?
Time for a wee dram of Kilchoman 2006 Vintage Release for me, I think…
