Islay Winter Storms and Whisky Chefs

When I first mentioned singlemalt.tv back in 2006 I said I personally couldn't get too excited about it as Islay would only play a limited role in their programme. That view hasn't really changed as my focus continues to be on Islay and less on whisky as such. Nevertheless I freely admit that I'm impressed by this SingleMalt.tv clip of the whisky chef in a winter storm on Islay:

Excellent advertising for visiting Islay in the winter, quite different to a calm summer day...
