And The New Name For The Islay Hotel Is...

As promised Roland Worthington-Eyre revealed the new name for the former Islay Hotel today. My guesses of ‘The Oatel’ (I think that's obvious how I came up with that) and ‘Phoenix Hotel’ (from ‘rising like a Phoenix from the ashes’) were both wrong. Here we can see the name being revealed this afternoon on Islay:

So you want the full name? It's The ......, well, I'm not telling you just yet. Have a bit of patience. We're on Islay time. Watch this space and all will be revealed. Feel free to leave your guesses in the comments.
