View From Giur Bheinn Islay Video
Rather long day at work today, so the longer entry I originally had in mind for today will have to wait for some other day. Instead a nice and relaxing Islay video. A view from a hill in the north of Islay, Giur-bheinn:
The author of the video might be known to some, for he is also known as the Islay Fisher, a regular visitor to Islay for many many years. This seems to be his first and so far only Islay video, hopefully there will be more to come.
I've been on Giur-bheinn twice so far, the first time in 2007, which is documented here: Giùr-bheinn Walk, Isle of Islay. The views were limited then, so we went again this year. Unfortunately the travelogue from that visit hasn't been started yet. The views were much better though, I can tell you that much.
