Al Mennie To Leave For Islay Soon
Remember Alastair Mennie? I mentioned him back in February in The Giant's Crossing to Islay. Back then he announced that he was planning to paddle a surfboard from the Giants Causeway across the North Channel to Islay. He was aiming for the end of March to beginning of April for this challenge. It looks like the big day might have come, as this tweet indicates:
