Islay at the British Birdfair 2013
Looks like this is turning into an annual routine now. For the third year after 2011 and 2012 there will be an Islay presence at the British Birdwatching Fair (Birdfair) in Rutland. If you're going look out for this poster:
This year the event takes place from Friday 16th to Sunday 18th of August. Same as last year the Isle of Islay team will be at stand 14 in Marquee 1 at Rutland. Same as last year there will be whisky from all the distilleries (and gin from Bruichladdich). I've also heard of a special bottle, you should be able to find out more at the stand. Same as in previous years you can also win a stay at Kilchoman House Cottages with free ferry travel provided by Calmac. Previous winners have very much enjoyed their stay (I've met them).
Ian, Dave, James, Bob, Andy and a few other helpers are looking forward to welcome you on the stand!
